Puntland President Attends the funeral of Ambassador Baribari in Garowe

 

 

 

The president of semi autonomous regional state of Puntland Abdiweli Mohamed Ali Gaas and delegates from federal government have attended the funeral service of Somalia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Office in Geneva, Ambassador Yusuf Bari-Bari who succumbed to his injuries.
The security of the area where funeral service is held was tightened by Puntland security forces.
Similarly traditional elders and politicians from Puntland State attended the funeral service of the late ambassador.
The body of the ambassador was flown from Adan Adde International Airport as to burry in this birthplace.
