The outgoing state minister foreign affairs and investment of federal government of Somalia Bur’i Mohamed Hamza urged youth to participate in the development and reconstruction of the country.

Similarly he called university students to further their studies and launch an intensive campaign to discourage youth against the ideologist Al-Shabab and preach peace.

Finaly the minister requested Somali Diaspora community especially those who benefited from th free university education during reign of central government led by late Mohamed Siyad Barre to come back home and back the ongoing developmental projects of the country..
