Government Soldiers slay the deputy commissioner of Buurdhuubo District

The deputy district commissioner Ali Mataan of Buurdhuubo district was shot dead by some of the government armed forces in that district as confirmed by the district commissioner of Buurdhuubo district Hassan Mohamed Ali.

The death of deputy commissioner came after government soldiers exchanged fire on Friday afternoon.

Eight soldiers were apprehended for the death of Ali Mataan and the security officials vowed that they would bring the murderers before the justice.

The security situation of Buurdhuubo district was traumatized after the relatives the deceased have assured that they would not burry the body of the former deputy commissioner unless the killers bring to justice.
