MP survives car bomb attack in Mogadishu
Three people have been killed and dozens of others injured in a suicide car bomb attack at Somalia’s capital, Mogadishu last night.
Reports indicate that the explosion was a remote-controlled landmine, in which a convoy of MP Abdulkadir Arab survived the blast, according to local sources.
At the time of the explosion, all the roads were very busy, causing two vehicles and a motorbike destroyed. Al-Shabaab claimed the responsibility for the attack saying it was targeting the lawmaker.
