Arrests after Explosion in Mogadishu Last Night

Security agencies have made some arrests in connection with the explosion last night near a popular hotel in Mogadishu.

Our reporters who visited the scene of the explosion last night in Hodan District saw a devastated car of one of finance ministry employees whose car was planted with the explosives.

Apparently there were no casualties despite the heaviness of the blast.

Abdikadir Ali Kulane, the district commissioner of Hodan told Goobjoog that several people were arrested in connection with the blast. He further said that they are investigating the incident.
