Baidoa: Federal parliament speaker meets MPs and elders

The speaker of federal parliament of Somalia Mohamed Sheikh Osman Jawari arrived Baidoa, the headquarters of Bay region.

After the speaker landed at Baidoa airport he was warmly welcomed by cabinet ministers, members of parliament who were in Baidoa since yesterday and civil society.

Speaking to crowds of people who welcomed him, Prof. Jawari said his visit to the town will take days.

He has taken meeting with the members of federal parliament, ministers and the traditional elders.
