Baidoa: The National Security Council Meeting Officially Opens today

The national Security Council meeting it’s expected to officially open today at Baidoa the city of Bay region. The meeting lead by the Somali federal president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, the Prime minister Ali Kheyre and the regional government leaders.

National Security Council meeting will cover mainly on security, rebuilding the army, among other things, and also to review the conduct security of the capital mugadishu and other factors.

Security in Baidoa has been tightened, and some of the roads are blocked by heavy troops.

Baidoa has been seen by heavy troops from the federal goverment and AMISOM, which assures security in the town.

Meanwhile, in the town of Baidoa last there were separate meetings within the leaders of the federal government and regional governments, and local communities to discuss the strong connection with the Federal and regional governments.
