Breaking: UN secretary general due to arrive Mogadishu

United Nations secretary general Ban Ki Moon who is visiting Horn of African countries is expected to reach Mogadishu today.

The security of the city particularly Adan Adde international airport was tightened as heavily armed forces are seen around and about the airport.

The operations of the airport stopped as thorough preparations to welcome UN Secretary general Ban Ki Moon and World bank president  Jim Yong Kim is actively going on.

Banki Moon is expected to hold meeting with Somali President Hassan Shiekh Mohamud and Prime Minister Abdiweli Shiekh Ahmed in the middle of political dispute between the top leaders.

Ban Ki moon has on Tuesday taken special meeting with Djiboutian top leaders in Djibouti.
