Elders: The Capital City of Hirshebble is Buloburde

A number of Traditional elders from Buloburde town of Hiran reigon called Somali Federal Government and Organizers of Jowhar conference to respect Buloburde as the capital city of the new state-Hirshebble.

The elders cited Somali president’s decree on last December,which he nominated Buloburde to be the capital town of Hirshebble state.

“As elders of Buloburde, we are disappointed; we would like to let the international Community as the elders of Buloburde how unhappy we are”

Delegates from Buloburde worked out the conference in Jowhar after the majority of delegates in the  voted Jowhar to become the capital city of Hirshebble.
