Ethioipian troops formed administration for Da’adheer localty which will work under Ethiopia, locals say

Ethiopian troops have set up new military bases in Galgaduud region in central Somalia and declared local administration under Ethiopian government, residents.
10 truckloads of Ethiopian troops moved into Da’adheer locality, where they started disarmament operation.
The troops have set up camp in the Da’adheer locality as they informed the locals that their administration comes under Ethiopian government.
Mohamud Mohamed Adan who spoke to Goobjoog News, said the troops ordered the locals work hand in hand with the administration formed by ethiopia.
Adan called called on Somali government and its people to take firm action against the encroachment on Somaliland.
” we were shocked with what the soldiers ordered us. i called upon Somali government to stiff action” said Adan.
Local residents of Galgaduud area expressing fear of being caught in the hems way of the war between the Ethiopian troops and Al-Shabab.

Somali government and Galmudug administration have not yet commented on the move.
Ethiopian government was earlier accused of killing civilians in Hiraan and Galgaduud regions where its troops are under the framwork of African Peace-keeping Mission in Somalia.
