Federal government to supervise exams at federal states

Somalia’s Ministry of Culture and Education with federal member state Ministries and the Banadir region today held a crucial meeting on the modern learning on Internet service in the education sector for the past two months.

The meeting discussed on 2020 education exams and the impact of COVID 19 that halt the current education system.

In a press statement released by the federal government ministry of education declared all class eight 2020 national exams to held by the federal member state education ministries under the supervision of the central ministry of education.

The Minister of Culture and Education, Abdullahi Godah Barre held a consultative meeting with the members of the National Education Umbrella through Zoom system in Mogadishu on Tuesday discussed on School Examination process plan.

The Ministry of Education commanded teachers to teach lessons through online classes in all schools to avoid the risk of the infection which is continuously spreading in the country since the disease reported in Somalia.
