Federal Government of Somalia announced a new technical committee for Galmudug state

The interior ministry of the Somali federal government has appointed a technical committee for the formation of the Galmudug state.

The nominated committee is made up of 13 members, who will elect a Chairman and go forward to work on Galmudug construction.

Issack Mohamed Mohamud, Deputy Minister of Interior who read to the media the nomination of the committee, said the appointment of the committee was based on the decisions made by the Galmudug last reconciliation conference.

President Farmajo has pledged last reconciliation conference to the people of Galmudug that the Federal Government of Somalia stands with them and will continue to realize their aspirations and achievements to set united administration.
