Former President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud arrives in the country

Former President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud this morning arrived in Mogadishu for the first time since he left the country after the February 2017 Presidential elections.
The plane carry the former President landed at Adden Adde airport in Mogadishu at 8am local time. The former head of state was received by senior government officials and lawmakers.
The former President proceeded to his residence in the city.
