Jubbaland State appoints interim administration for Elwak district

Jubbaland administration has appointed an interim administration for Elwak district on Sunday.

Ibrahim Guled was appointed as the new commissioner whereas his deputy will be Sahal Moallin Adan. Both Guled and  Adan have been serving as interim district leaders before.

Speaking to the reporters, the newly appointed district commissioner Guled said that he will form competent administration which would make positive changes.

“I will make changes  with the help of my other colleagues, I urge the public to hand in hand with my administration in order to rebuild this district” said Adan.

Jubbaland administration has been recently busy forming local administrations  for all districts in Gedo region.
