Government identifies Jazeera Hotel suicide bomber
Government security service has released still picture of Abdirizak Bouh, a Somali national from Germany who is thought to be behind the devastating suicide blast on Jazeera Hotel on 27th July, 2015.
Sources said Bouh hails from Borame town in the northern parts of Somalia known as Somaliland.
Speaking on live broadcasting with a local TV station, interior security spokesman commended Jazeera hotel management for putting all the necessary security measures that has minimized the damage intended by the attackers.
The attack claimed more than 15 lives and wounded 30 others. It’s the third such attack on the same hotel.
In previous hotel attacks, Somali returnees from Diaspora has been blamed for carrying out the attacks , however they are also credited for rebuilding the country and bringing much needed hard currency.
