Gov’t troops kill Al-Shabab fighters in Operation, middle juba region

An exclusive operation carried out by Somali National Army targeted al-Shabaab officials in Arabow area about 50 km from Bu’aale district in the middle juba region.

Commander of the 16th Battalion of the Somali National Army, Colonel Ismail Abdalimik said on Sunday that the troops killed three Al-Shabaab officers and still at the battle field to ensure the security of the region to be safe.

The government forces packed with Jubbaland administration security forces have been conducting various operations in different districts for the past few months around Buale district in Middle Juba.
