IJA minister for health imprisoned by Ethiopian soldiers

Ethiopian troops at the border town of Dollow jailed one of the ministers of Interim Jubba Administration on Thursday Evening, reports say.
IJA minister for health, Hassan Dahir Yarrow was apprehended after he opposing regional presidential decree to fire the governor of Gedo region, Mohamed Abdi Kaliil.
All effort to reach the Ethiopian command center at the border town of Dollow failed and the only sources available are his close staff members who confirmed the arrest.
There are no further details from the Ethiopian and the Somali governments about the arrest.
There is no effective central government in Somalia since the collapse of the central government in 1991.
Somalia is divided into small localities controlled by local administrations or religious extremist groups and the Somali government is a very weak one.
Ethiopians soldiers have been crossed the borders day and night since Somali central government toppled in 1990.
Ethiopia detained several Somali politicians whom it doubted to be against the Ethiopian agendas.
