Lafole administration vows to arrest the individuals behind the twin attacks in the region

Lofole administration in Lower Shebelle vowed to track down those who masterminded the two suicide deadly attacks targeted by AMISOM convoy and Somalia intelligence officials.

Lafole security affairs head Abdirahman Hassan stated that the explosions that rocked Afgoye corridor on Monday will not affect the stability and the security of the area.

Mr. Hassan told Goobjoog FM that security forces of the Lafole are on high alert to prevent further possible attacks while other dead bodies founded in the area of incident.

Al-shabab claimed the responsibility of twin attacks that killed 18 people mostly civilians using the road between Mogadishu and Afgoye towns.

Monday’s bombing were al-shabab’s first major attack since the death of its leader Abu zuber who was killed by US airstrike in Lower Shebelle.
