Last two candidates to address S.West assembly ahead of Dec 19 poll

Two presidential candidates will today close the two days’ presentations before the state assembly in South West ahead of the presidential election Wednesday.

Former Water minister Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed aka Lafta Green, the Federal Government’s choice and former ambassador to Somalia Sayid Ahmed Sheikh Dahir will pitch their proposals for election before the 149 member state assembly today.

Ex-shabaab deputy Mukhtar was pulled out the race by the Federal Government Thursday and held under arrest in Mogadishu. The elections committee said Sunday it had struck out Robow’s name from the ballot since he would not be present for the elections.
