Member of Parliament Hon. Ali Noor Bodaye has accused the parliamentary caucuses as opportunistic that were only formed to for power bargain.

Speaking to Goobjoog , the MP said that he strongly believes that there is no single unifying idea among MPs in the caucuses, but only come together to seek positions and counter any attempt of forming a government without them being included.

“According to what I see from these caucuses, they operate like opposition parties, I am in the parliament, I know what they are doing, they only come together for power bargain” says the MP.

There are at least three caucuses in the parliament, they wield substantial powers in rejecting or approving any issue brought to the house.

On other hand the MP blamed the faulty constitution for the persistent political crises in the country.
