Goobjoog News Monthly report takes a look at the stories that hit the headlines on a monthly basis in each of the regional states of Somalia. Two planes crashed within the Afgooye area with one still missing in the month of October.

The president holds lengthy talks with the leaders and elders of the Baidoa administration.

October 16, 2015: five female passengers have been raped and robbed by gunmen who mounted roadblocks along the road connecting Mareeray to the other parts of the region

October 31, 2015: Somali premier Omar Abdirashid pays a visit to Baidoa town where he hold meeting with state leader as well as elders of the state

October 31, 2015: At least five people die and 55 sustain injuries in heavy fighting between government troops and Al-Shabaab militants near Hudur town.
