PM Kheyre speaks harshly on Wadajir District bomb attack

A Press Release from the office of the Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheyre condemns severely the attack on Wadajir Administration Centre in Mogadishu which led to fatal casualties.

The Prime Minister of Somalia Hassan Ali Kheyre condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist bomb blast action aimed at citizens who were present in Wadajir Administration Centre in Mogadishu.

The Prime Minister sends his condolence to all those who died in the attack executed on the public. He prays to Allah to give eternal bliss to the dead and wishes quick recovery to those who were injured.

The Premier said the attack came when the public are on the last leg of Ramadan and preparing for Eid celebration. As a result this step displays the inhuman goal of the peace rivals group to hurt the conscience of the Somali people to discourage them on the prospect of peace and governance of the highest level.

He claimed such attacks will not deter the Somali National Government from the route of development and governance.

The Prime Minister portrayed Alshabab as a terrorist group and the enemy of the Somali people who always hunt the population.

In the same breath, the Prime Minister said “this terrorist group of Alshabab is desperate now on bombing the public only and they don’t display an interest for Somalia and are irreligious. We have to unite against them with great strives.

They are hell bent on destroying the history of Somalia and their sole target are the vulnerable persons and they are not our siblings.”

Prime Minister Kheyre appealed to the youths who are members of Alshabab to make use of the olive branch that was extended to them by President Farmajo in order to participate in the rebuilding of their nation.

The government pledges to take care of the youth with the provision education in order to serve the society.
