President Mohamed Farmaajo will hold bilateral talks with his Sudanese counterpart Omar al-Bashir  on security, economic development and agriculture.

Sudan’s Foreign Minister Hamid Mumtaz said the meeting which will last for two days will seek to bolster bilateral relations between the two countries.

Both Somalia and Sudan have maintained a neutral stand in the ongoing Gulf Crisis. President Farmaajo has been under intense pressure to drop his stance in support of Saudi Arabia which handed him a $50 million grant last week following his two days visit to Riyadh.
