Puntland Details Developmental Projects Galkacyo Town

The mayor of Galkacayo Abdiaziz Jama gave details about developmental projects there, as he boasted the prospect of bright future.

He mentioned several tar road construction projects that will soon commence in and around the town. Among the roads to be constructed are Durdur road which runs through Garsor suburb, the main road in the Central Business District of the town. And the airport road which is important link.

“Work has begun on the Durdur road, in two days time we work will also start on the main road, I know there is inconvenience regarding the public transport during the construction, but we wish to inform the citizens of other alternative in due course” said the mayor.

The internationally backed developmental projects have boasted the public confidence.
