Qatar ambassador visit Kismayo, Jubaland state

The ambassador of Qatar to Somalia, Hassan Hamza visit Kismayo to open development projects following the federal government reorganization of Madobe as the president of Jubbaland regional state.

The delegation led the Ambassador has been welcomed by senior officials from the state led by Jubbaland deputy president, Mohamud Sayid Adan.

The federal government exposed sanction on Jubaland state after the president Madobe cut off federal government relation during his presidential election on August 2019 held in Kismayo.

Qatar supports Somalia in terms of economy, development programs and has diplomatic ties since the current government of Somalia fail in 1991.
