Six Puntland presidential guards injured in grenade attack

A vehicle transporting Puntland president security detail came under attack in Bosaso town Thursday, sources have indicated.

A medical doctor confirmed the injury of 6 soldiers after their vehicle was hit by a hand grenade.

This attack comes amid the closure of business activities in the coastal town for the second day following protests against port fees.
