SNA and AMISOM seize Bulo Marer

Somali National Army and  the African Union peace-keeping troops have captured Bulo Marer district a key area for al-shabab.

There are casualties from both sides though the exact is not known, SNA and AMISOM strengthen the captured bases.

Al-shabab tried to resist the attack, but the joint forces to maintain their positions according to sources from the region. Sounds of bullets were heard from the Southern part of Bulo Marer district.

The joint troops are now conducting operations the maintain the overall security of the town.
