Somali Immigration Agency resumes passports issuance Service

The Immigration office informs the Somali citizens living in the country that on Sunday, July 12, 2020, the issuance of passports will be resumed.

The Agency has developed a new approach that citizens are required to follow the precautionary measured against COVID-19 infection including mask-wearing, Gloves when entering the center and to observe Social Distance.

The Administration has issued two main centers, Abdicasis District Center and Hodon District Center due to the large number of passport applications received into the office.

Finally, the Immigration office calls on Somali citizens to adhere to the new rules and regulations and to work with self-sacrificing staff in difficult times.
