The speaker of federal parliament meets with the presidents of regional states

The speaker of Somali federal parliament Mohamed sheik Osman jawaari took meeting with the regional presidents of Interim Jubba Administration, the semi-autonomous regional state Puntland and South-west State and also regional state parliamentarians at Villa Hargeisa in Mogadishu.
The leaders focused on wide range issues including the collaborations between the federal government and regional states, how reconciliation conferences could be commence for the Somalia people living in different regional states.
The speaker of Somali legislature has urged the regional presidents to collaborate in security and developments of their states and to create peaceful neighbourhood as the clock is ticking and Somali people are waiting vision 2016.
Lastly the leaders agreed upon to establish a committee comprising of members of civil society, traditional elders and politicians who will make observatory on how regional states are developing and completing their departments.
