Warsheik Mayor Says His Town Lacks Basic Services

The Mayor of Warsheikh distictrict, Middle Shabelle has told Goobjoog that the town lacks basic services like health care, education and other important government services.

Ahmed Ali Hassan also described the humanitarian situation in the districts and its environs as dire. He points out that food and water shortages as the main problems facing the residents.

There has been limited rain falls in the area causing food insecurity in the recently recovered sea side district.
