Somali Prime Minister Appoints New Permanent Secretary For Interior Ministry

Yahye Ali Ibrahim, Somali International University’s rector has been appointed as the Permanent Secretary of the Somali interior ministry.

The appointment was made by Somali Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali.

The appointment letter in which the Prime Minister’s is apprehended is dated 15th of this month.

The outgoing Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, Ismail Jimaale is expected to hand over the office to Yahye.

Yahye has been serving as the advisor of Somali minister for interior before the appointment .
