21 people injured in a hand grenade in Aw Dinle, Southwest state

At least 21 people have been admitted in a local hospital in Baidoa town, Southwest state following a hand grenade that was hurled at them in Aw Dinle location which lies 29 km north of Baidoa town.

Goobjoog News correspondent in the area says the attack happened on Friday in a local market where the victims were converged during the weekend. There was no report of death in the latest attack.

Security operation is underway which is carried out by the local administration to net in those who were behind the fatal attack though there have been no suspects arrested so far, the correspondent says.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
