Alshabab Cuts Off Telecommunication Service in Sakow, Middle Jubba

All communication with Sakow, Middle Jubba is off line and reportedly under the order of Alshabab.

This has devastating effects to the locals who rely on mobile money for business transactions.

Any communication  switch off anywhere in the country has the same effect to the local population who heavily rely on mobile money known as EVC plus.

There are no clear motives known of why Alshabab has switched off the communications.
