Breaking News: Agreement reached in the consultative meeting as Punt-land delegation walkout

Somali leaders gathering in Mogadishu for last 3 days have reached four points agreement ending months long deadlock on which election model should be adopted for 2016 elections. The 4 points agreement goes like this:

(1) Parliament = 4.5
(2) Senate = States
(3) Puntland = 3 extras seats
(4) Somaliland = 3 extra seats

Puntland president Abdwali Gas in separate press conference rejected the agreement saying Puntland people wanted better deal.
