The CAF elite referees training will kick off in Younde, Cameroon today through to Sunday with Somalia represented by international referees Wish Yabarow.

The training which is billed one of the toughest will bring together 37 top referees in the continent ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations cup scheduled for January 2017.

Yabarow has participated and passed in three such trainings in 2013 and 2014 in Cairo and is the top referee in the country.

Somalia has nine international referees; three centre referees and six lines men.

Yabarow’s last assignment was last week in the second semi final between Heegan and Banaadir during the General Daa’uud Cup.
