District official survives bomb attack in Mogadishu

GOOBJOOG NEWS/MOGADISHU: Garasbaley District commissioner Mohamed Abukar has survived a bomb attack after his vehicle ran into a landmine. Sources said the district official has been rushed to a hospital in Mogadishu.
The commissioner’s vehicle landed into a landmine between Kahda District and Garasbaley area.
The incident is the third is a less than two months involving senior officials in the area located in the outskirts of Mogadishu .
