Elders Leave Jubbaland Assembly Formation Conference in Protest

Some traditional elders who were attending Jubbaland Assembly formation conference has left in protest and accuse the technical committee of interference.

Chief Abdullahi Hussein Abdi has told Goobjoog that IGAD which is the facilitator of the process is to blame for their walkout.

“IGAD has messed up everything, they created a district that is not there and do away with our share” said the elder.
