Election for four seats to be held today in Dhusamareb

GOOBJOOG NEWS/DHUSAMAREB: Galmudug Electoral Commision is set to hold elections for four seats in the Lower House on Thursday in Dhusamareb.

Three candidates will be running for HOP 089 seat. The incumbent, Abdi Shire Jama, said he will not run for the seat. HOP 248 will be contested by two candidates while HOP 096 and HOP 064 have each attracted two candidates.

Below are the seats up for grabs today in Dhusamareb:

HOP 089

  1. Yassin Abdi Jama.
  2. Qasim Abdikarin Elmiseed.
  3. Bar Mohamed Rage.

HOP 248

  1. General Sadaq Omar Hassan  (Sadaq Jon).
  2. Abdullahi Hirsi Dirshe.

HOP 096

  1. Qaali Ahmed Diriye.
  2. Hakimo Hirsi Ali.

HOP 064

  1. Mohamed Ibrahim Ali Mohamed Ajib.
  2. Abdullahi Iman Farah.
