Exclusive: Peace articles greed upon between Galmudug and Ahlu Sunnah wal jama

General Noor Mohamed Galal who is currently leading the peace talks between Galmudug administration and Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama exclusively spoke to Goobjoog News narrating the peace articles agreed upon by the two parties to.

“The talks started way back and passed many phases and its now passing a good stage. It is agreed upon that the state capital to be Dhusamareb while Adado town will be home to the state parliament and Abudwak town to have the state judicial court” said General Galal while speaking to Goobjoog News.

Responding to a question from Goobjoog News on the commencement of the face to face talks between Galmudug administration and Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama, General Galal indicated of having no precise date. “I cannot tell you the time but it will start because once agreed on issues, talks have to take place and issues to be implemented”.

Similarly when asked if the ongoing conflict in the region is believed to have influence on the peace talks, he said “No. It will not affect. The conflict in Mareergur and other locations are being organized from Mogadishu meant to disrupt these peace talks but it will never happen and both sides know this.”

“We want them to be part of Galmudug administration and they recognize the Presidency of Ahmed Duale Haf . This matter is passing at a crucial stage” said General Galal regarding on the position of Ahlu Sunna wal Jama towards the leader of Galamudug state.

Currently the Presidential office of Galmmudug state is located in Adado town while Ahlu Sunna wal Jama is stationed in Dhusamareb town.
