Explosion in Mogadishu

The explosion occurred at Makkah al-Mukarrama road, especially ​​Xaaji Baasto area.  in the area of ​​the explosion was confirmed that the explosion was attached to the vehicle.

It was confirmed that the blast injured two people on the car, which was immediately rushed to the medical facilities in the capital Mogadishu.

Government forces have reached the scene of the explosion and are conducting investigations on what happened.

After almost forty days it’s the first time an explosion was heard in the capital Mogadishu, after the security in the capital was tightened with heavy roadblocks and flooded soldier within the city in the past months.

The federal government of Somalia has improved the security situation in the capital in the month of Ramadan which was used to be a deadly month for the people in Mogadishu.
