Federal parliament endorses the motion against Jubbaland assembly

 

 

 

The members of federal parliament took meeting in parliament building on Saturday, they debated on the motion against Jubbaland Assembly which was tabled before the federal parliament before two weeks.
After hours of long debate the members casted vote for the motion.

Subsequent to the casting of the vote, the result is announced, 132 MPs voted in favour of the motion, 6 rejected while 4 abstained therefore Somali federal parliament supported the motion against the legality of the newly formed Assembly of Interim Jubba Administration .
This comes less than less a week when IJA leader vowed that his administration will cut ties with federal government if parliament passes motion
