First ocean star captain died in Mogadishu

Fuad ShongoleThe first ocean stars captain Mohamed Qalaf Shongole died in Mogadishu last night after one week illness.

The old star, Shongole fell sick in his home town Jowhar and was admitted to Aflah hospital in Mogadishu where he was being treated.

The late ocean star captain will buried in Mogadishu, many people from all walks of the community including Somali football federal officials and government officials are attending his funeral.

The legend died at the age of 83 years leaving behind a total of 43 children including his grand children.
