Former police commandant killed in Beletweyne

GOOBJOOG NEWS| BELETWEYNE: Armed assailants killed former Beletweyne police commandant Nur Hassan Bidar Monday evening, sources said.

Sources in the town said the attackers gunned down the former police chief in Bundoweyn neighbourhood under unclear circumstances.

There were no immediate reports on the possible arrest of the attackers.
