Four people injured explosion in Mogadishu

At least four people have been injured in blast which occurred near KPP junction in Somalia’s capital city, Mogadishu town on Monday.

Witnesses said the explosions occurred near Salaam University after a car of Somali security forces stepped on landmine.

The explosions are said to be landmine that had been planted the roadside often used by Somali’s security forces.

The injured people are two civilians two of the soldiers travelling in the car. Security officers have sealed off the scene which has been vacated by the residents.
