Gunmen kill young man in Mogadishu over mobile phone

GOOBJOOG NEWS/MOGADISHU: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a young man Sunday night after attempting to rob him of his mobile phone.

The young man, identified as Abdinur Abdullahi  Warsame, was shot at by gunmen in Warta Nabada district, killing him on the spot.

Witnesses said that Warsame was killed by the assailants who were allegedly after his mobile phone and, who immediately fled the scene after committing the horrific act.

No arrests have been made so far in regards to the killing, but security forces in Benadir region are said to have started investigations into the killing of the young man.
