Heavy Down Pours In Gedo

Rains of the spring season has started across Somalia as heavy down pours is reported from draught stricken region of Gedo.

Among the areas that have received rain falls are Burdhubo district, Elwaq and Balad Hawo.

This rain has for sure alleviated the suffering of thousands of residents and livestock who has been badly effected by water shortages for now, but they would need sustainable source of water in the future.
