The international court of Justice ( ICJ) has fixed time limits for the filing of initial of initial pleadings in the case about maritime delimitation in Indian Ocean between Somalia and Kenya.
By an order of 16th October, the president of the international court of justice, fixed 13 July 2015 and 24 May 2016 as the respective time limits are the respective time-limits for the filing of a memorial by the republic of Somalia and the republic of Kenya.
