Ministry of Education opens 5th Somali National Research Institute conference in Mogadishu

Minister for Culture and Higher Education of Somalia, Abdirahman Mohamud Abdulle Jaabiri opened the fifth conference of the Somali Institute of Studies in Mogadishu today.

The opening of the conference attended by Somali government ministers, the Director of Education Ismail Yusuf Osman, University of Mogadishu officials, academics from the country’s universities and other invited guests.

Minister of Education, HE Hon. Abdirahman Mohamud Abdulle Jaabiri thanked the University of Mogadishu for being one of the leading universities in the country.

The Minister of Education also congratulated the director of the institute and said the meeting was meaningful for university students, in particular, those who study education sector.
