Storyline:National News

Jubbaland leader Ahmed Mohamed said Somali National consultative Forum will be held be in Kismayo town for second time amid last week talks failed to yield major breakthrough for viable electoral transition by 2016.

Speaking at a meeting with Jubbaland officials, Madobe said that the consultative meeting on 2016 election will take place in Kismayo town.

“Jubbaland wanted the NCF to be fruitful one but due the leaders’ disagreement the conference ended with little outcome” he said.

Somali Prime Minister Sunday said the leaders will consult once more and come up with another date when they will put heads together.

Time is fast running out for the leaders as the High Level Partnership Conference slated for February in Turkey comes up where they expect to present a common front on the electoral choice.
