Parliament postpones the opening of the 7th session

The Chair of Somalia’s Parliament has announced that the opening ceremony of its 7th session was postponed to 25th of October due to tough tasks by the chair of the house.

The Parliament Speaker Mohamed Sheikh Osman Jawari has announced the postponement of the session.

“I declare that the opening ceremony of the parliament’s 7th session due to the more tasks we are doing especially the chair of the house. I want to share this with the parliamentarians.” he said.

The Speaker called the Members of the Parliament currently in the remote regions and districts in the nationwide and those in the overseas to return back to Mogadishu before October 23rd so as they can attend the opening of the 7th session of the house.
